This driver communicates with all the new FMM models via RS232 or Ethernet. All available control and feedback is available through this version of the driver.
If you have changed this switcher with other models AV Gear switchers, you will need to redo your programming; you cannot use driver update with this driver on previous AV Gear switcher drivers.
RS232 Connection:
Use the supplied AV Gear DB9 to phoenix cable and the standard RTI DB9 to RJ45 adapter.
IP Setup:
From the factory the units are set with a static IP address of 192.168.0.178. To change this, use a browser to go to this address 192.168.0.178:100 and change the LAN settings from there.
Login details:
FMM12 – admin admin
Use TCP port 4001 in the driver’s configuration.
